Running - Connected
I no longer feel like I’m reconnecting to running.
I’m connected.
Even when life came along and threw me off for a couple of days—
not feeling great, off my routine—
I didn’t start over.
I picked back up.
Gradually, I found my rhythm again…
and I’ll be back to increasing my distance on Sunday.
Was it easy?
Not exactly.
But it wasn’t hard either.
I just had to pause, remind myself why I run,
and see what I could do that day.
That’s the difference.
It’s not about being perfect or staying on track all the time.
It’s about staying connected—even when things shift.
Because when you’re connected,
you don’t quit.
You adjust.
You come back.
You keep going.
And this kind of connection starts to show up in other areas of your life too.
This is the kind of connection I help my clients build.
